How do we get started?

Fill out the contact form or book a call. We run a 30-minute discovery session to understand your business, your list, and your goals. From there we build a strategy document and begin onboarding. The full process takes 1-2 weeks before your first campaign goes out.

What ESPs do you work with?

We work with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, ConvertKit, Drip, and Customer.io. If you use something else, let us know. We have experience across most major platforms and will adapt to your stack.

How long before we see results?

Most clients see measurable improvements within 30-60 days. Open rates and click rates tend to move first. Revenue impact depends on list size, send frequency, and how clean the list is at the start. We share realistic benchmarks during onboarding so expectations are set from day one.

Do you write the email copy or do we?

We handle all copywriting. You approve before anything sends. We write subject lines, preview text, body copy, and CTAs. If you prefer to supply your own copy, we will build the templates and handle the technical side.

What does reporting look like?

You get a monthly performance report covering open rates, click rates, conversions, unsubscribes, and revenue attributed to email. Growth and Enterprise clients also get a strategy review with recommendations for the next cycle. Reports are delivered as a shared dashboard or PDF, depending on your preference.

Do you handle deliverability and DNS setup?

Yes. We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records during onboarding. We monitor sender reputation, manage warmup schedules for new domains, and troubleshoot inbox placement issues. This is included in every plan.

What happens if we want to pause or cancel?

All plans are month-to-month. No long-term contracts. If you need to pause, let us know before your next billing date. If you cancel, we transfer all assets, templates, and automations back to you with full documentation. Nothing is locked behind our account.

Do you work with e-commerce, SaaS, and service businesses?

Yes. We run programs across all three. E-commerce clients get flows like abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback. SaaS clients get onboarding sequences, trial nurtures, and feature announcements. Service businesses get lead nurture, appointment reminders, and re-engagement campaigns. The strategy is different for each.

How do you handle list hygiene?

We run regular list cleaning to remove hard bounces, inactive subscribers, and spam traps. We also set up sunset flows to re-engage cold contacts before removing them. Clean lists mean better deliverability and lower ESP costs.

What is your typical response time?

We respond to all messages within one business day. Growth and Enterprise clients get priority support with same-day responses. Enterprise clients have access to a dedicated Slack channel or direct phone line for urgent requests.
